Gayatri Jolly Aggarwal serves as the CEO of Archana Aggarwal Timeless Jewellery, where she has infused a refreshing perspective by seamlessly blending design innovation with business strategy.

As a women-led family owned brand, Archana Aggarwal Timeless Jewellery embodies a rich legacy where vision and expertise have been passed down from one generation to the next, from mother in law to daughter in law. Gayatri has expanded the brand’s approach while preserving its signature standalone pieces; she has introduced collections that resonate deeply with clients. She has introduced contemporary office wear and daily wear jewellery for women who believe in enjoying their jewellery in the present, designed with elegance to inspire strength, boldness, and independence.

For the past decade, Gayatri has been running a social enterprise called MasterG & Daughters Pvt Ltd, India’s first all-woman ecosystem empowering aspiring designers through affordable pattern-making training. Established in 2016 and backed by Acumen Fund, New York, MasterG and Daughters aims to inspire systemic change in the fashion industry where the role of the patternmaker is dominated by male members of Khandaani darzi families.

A graduate of Parsons The New School for Design, New York, and Babson College, Massachusetts, she has refined her expertise in luxury fashion while working with global brands such as Armani, Dennis Basso, and Diane Von Furstenberg. She is an INK and Acumen Fellow. She also serves as an Ambassador of The Strive Collective.
