Lifetime Exchange of Archana Aggarwal Timeless Jewellery:

We practice stringent quality control to ensure that the product reaches you safely.

Exchange process will only be initiated if our Quality Control team deems it fit. Each exchange will be judged on the following parameters:

1. The product should not have been altered, mishandled, heated, treated chemically, or otherwise not found in good/ tradable condition. 
2. There should not be any change in Gross or Net weight of the product.
3. Check for wear and tear and damage to the product. Final decision on the damage to the product lies with Gems N Jewels.

While the initial shipping is free, the shipping cost of exchange will have to be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy for Diamond Jewellery:

Product to be exchanged would be valued at 20% less of the sale/billed value. No taxes such as GST etc. levied on the Invoice shall be refunded back to the customer.

Exchange Policy for Polki Jewellery:

Product to be exchanged would be valued at 25% less of the sale/billed value. No taxes such as GST etc. levied on the Invoice shall be refunded back to the customer.

There will be a redeemable voucher issued to you of the value of the returned product for exchange. The voucher can be used to make a new purchase within 30 days of the date of issue for the equivalent or higher value. The taxes such as GST etc. would be charged over and above the voucher value.
